Principals

Stephen L. Wenner, CPA, PFS - Began his career with the firm upon graduation from the University of Colorado in 1961. He is the founder of the firm and concentrates on tax matters, management advisory services and estate and tax planning and investment advisory services.

Gary P. Saltzman, CPA, PFS - Graduated from the University of Colorado in 1973 and joined the firm that year. He concentrates on small business, taxation, homeowner association activities, tax, retirement and estate planning.

Lawrence L. Greenberg, CPA, PFS - Graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1974 and joined the firm in 1978. He specializes in accounting and taxation with an emphasis on financial and tax planning including real estate transactions.

Richard I. Negreann, CPA, PFS - Graduated from Rider University, New Jersey in 1977 and joined the firm in 1982. He specializes in accounting and income tax planning and tax preparation for corporations, partnerships and individuals in the medical profession, restaurants, retailing and manufacturing.

Bruce R. Bendell, CPA, PFS - Graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1990 and joined the firm in 1993. He specializes in auditing, small business and divorce taxation, not-for-profit accounting, startup businesses, and investment advising.

Tim K. West, CPA, JD, LLM, PFS, CSEP - Graduated from the University of Southern Colorado in 1994. Received JD (1997) and LLM Taxation (1999) from the University of Denver. He joined the firm in 2001 and specializes in corporate and individual income tax, estate tax planning, and tax planning for complex transactions.
